This paper presents a high-level approach to developing an information system for electric car charging stations, utilizing a Process Layer Supply pattern. This pattern organizes activity processes, business rules, visions, and goals that support system modelling. The paper models the system's structural and behavioral aspects using UML diagrams—specifically, class, use case, and activity diagrams — via the Papyrus UML2 tool. These diagrams facilitate visualizing functional requirements, user-to-system interactions, and system components for efficient planning, development, and implementation. The model addresses the most critical gaps in an electric car charging infrastructure and optimizes the information system's operations for practical implementation. The proposed system is designed to support future developments, like integration with dynamic demand markets for flexible pricing and optimized operations. Additionally, pseudocode is used to link abstract UML models to actual implementations, ensuring accurate transfer of system logic to code. Since every component of the charging network is logically interconnected, a sustainable foundation for future electric car mobility is established.

In the age of digitization and the ever-present use of artificial intelligence (AI), it is essential to develop methodologies that enable the systematic evaluation and ranking of different AI algorithms. This paper investigated the application of the PIPRECIA-S model as a methodological framework for the multi-criteria ranking of AI algorithms. Analyzing relevant criteria such as efficiency, flexibility, ease of implementation, stability and scalability, the paper provided a comprehensive overview of existing algorithms and identified their strengths and weaknesses. The research results showed that the PIPRECIA-S model enabled a structured and objective assessment, which facilitated decision-making in selecting the most suitable algorithms for specific applications. This approach advances the understanding of AI algorithms and contributes to the development of strategies for their implementation in various industries.

All spheres of society are affected by digital transformation. One of the spheres is education. The application of information technologies in traditional education influenced the development of electronic education, and further integration and application influenced the emergence of smart education. Apart from the advantages of smart education, numerous challenges also arise during the implementation process. The primary aim of this scientific paper is to propose a comprehensive framework for effectively addressing the challenges of smart education implementation. The proposed framework includes various aspects of approaching the challenges. Following the outlined framework, future directions for the development of the framework are given.

The potential application of smart technologies in libraries should be seen first as a strategy and, secondly, as a software solution. The emphasis should be on improving services and strengthening the relationship between the library and target groups, while also providing better working conditions and optimizing business processes. The implementation of smart technologies shortens the time required for searching and locating publications, monitoring collections, and tracking the movement of users through the library. To improve efficiency and economy of operations and modernize communication with users, it is necessary to strategically implement smart infrastructure in the library environment. The paper presents smart technologies that can significantly optimize business processes and improve communication and interaction with users of library services.

As technology continues to advance, it has a profound impact on various aspects of society. One of the areas where smart technology can be applied is education. However, the process of implementing these technologies is complex and requires a multidisciplinary approach. While there are numerous benefits to using these technologies, there are also various challenges that need to be addressed. This paper delves into some of the challenges that arise in the implementation of smart education and categorizes them for better understanding. The research builds upon previous studies and reveals new challenges that emerge with deeper implementation of smart technologies in educational environments.
