The adoption of digital technologies that improve productivity, sustainability and resource management is essential for the transition to a green economy. However, the digitisation process also brings with it complicated technological, economic, social and environmental issues that need to be prioritised methodically. To statistically evaluate and rank 25 indicators categorised according to five basic criteria – technological, economic, environmental, socio-institutional, and implementation risk indicators – this study employs the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that technological indicators have the highest relative weight, highlighting the role that automation, artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure play in promoting green transitions. The environmental impacts underscore the necessity of energy-saving and emissions-free technologies, while the economic aspects are less important, since they are at the stage of showing the influence of investment costs and returns on digital growth. The outcomes authenticate the statistical reliability of the AHP matrix and offer a quantitative tool for decision-makers to outline the key areas in the digital-green transformation that require their attention. Overall, the study provides a structured approach to decision support for balancing technological innovation and sustainability goals.

Each state's ability to develop economically sustainably depends on its natural and human potential, which typically serves as the foundation for regional and state development. A topic gaining more attention is effectively promoting socially, ecologically, and economically sustainable development. Balanced economic development is the fundamental tenet of economic and socioeconomic development. Because decisions impact corporate success, making decisions is a big duty in the business sector. To develop a suitable strategy for evaluating and establishing priority goals, new approaches to decision-making must be adopted. Numerous techniques for making decisions based on multiple factors have been created, such as the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), which undoubtedly requires more focus. Using a multi-criteria decision-making framework, the article selects influential aspects of managing natural and human resources for sustainable economic growth in Serbia. AHP, interval AHP (IAHP), and fuzzy AHP (FAHP) are the three suitable techniques used. These techniques allow for analyzing findings from many facets of expert opinion. This research examines the AHP approach from multiple angles through a case study, where experts with varying profiles' perceptions are used to identify decision criteria. The results of this study can serve as guidelines for resource management decision-makers to improve regional and economic growth. The four groups (a framework for strengthening participation in development, human social resources, economic resources, and natural resources) are used in the study to explain the elements that affect the management of natural and human resources for economic and regional development. Managers must select the most acceptable of the six scenarios the suggested model presents. A suggestion like this gives the decision-maker enough leeway.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) data, noise is considered after air pollution as the second negative factor of the environment according to the influence it has on people’s health. Although it advances civilization, intensive industrial and technical growth harms people’s living and working conditions. Along with improvements to the air, land, and water, the growth of industry and transportation leads to an increase in noise levels in the community, which can endanger people’s mental health and, eventually, their quality of life and productivity. According to the results of strategic noise mapping conducted on EU territory, road traffic is undoubtedly the primary noise source in urban areas. Any sound that is unpleasant, disturbing, etc., we perceive as noise. Sound phenomena become noise when, according to subjective statements, they disturb a person during work and rest. The expanded definition of noise includes harmful sound because it causes reactions similar to those caused by other stressors in the work and environment, which indicates the complexity of the problem of noise management. The problem of municipal noise in the environment is enormous in the world and our country. The noise problem continues its upward trend, along with increased complaints from exposed residents. Population growth, urbanization, constant technological development, and the construction of roads, international airports, and railways contribute to the complexity of this problem. The paper aims to analyze traffic noise and noise protection measures in the urban environment, considering metropolitan areas. It considers that 75%–80% of ambient noise originates from means of transport: cars, trucks, planes, trains, trams, etc. Various models for estimating road noise levels have been developed in the literature on traffic. These models can determine the population’s risk of traffic fire noise and establish suitable mitigation strategies to shield the environment from elevated sound levels. This paper presents various indicators and characteristics of traffic noise, and an appropriate analysis is given. Due to the high percentage of population exposure to noise, after analyzing the indicators, an adequate proposal of measures for reducing or eliminating the harmful effects of noise on human health and the environment in general, and then their implementation in an adequate manner, was given. As an MCDM (multi-criteria decision-making) technique for determining criteria and reaching conclusions, research suggests the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method for evaluating indirect noise exposure. The chosen criteria have a hierarchical structure in the form of a well-known decision tree.

Urban ecological sustainability and transforming people’s surroundings depend on environmental preservation and protection. The problem of abandoned and underutilized previously constructed places and the potential for their sustainable regeneration are more pressing issues in modern engineering practice. Cleaning up the soil is essential to generating reuse prospects. Several soil remediation techniques, which can be divided into chemical, physical, and biological approaches, have been possible due to technological advancements. Decision-makers should consider the environmental impact of the applied methodology, its cost, its complexity, its level of pollution removal efficiency, and the amount of time required for soil decontamination when selecting the best strategy for soil remediation. The paper deals with applying multi-criteria analysis in selecting the technique for soil remediation by applying the multi-criteria Spherical Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (SFAHP) approach to rank 18 types of biological, physical, and chemical remediation techniques concerning various influencing factors (impact on the environment, cost, complexity, degree of effectiveness, and time). Membership, non-membership, and hesitancy functions can be numbers, intervals, and fuzzy numbers. The results aim to identify the optimal soil remediation method in the context of ecological sustainability.

This research focuses on the application of the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) unsupervised classification method in identifying and extracting ecological environments in the Mount Kosmaj area. The FCM method, based on the principles of fuzzy logic, enables the determination of soft, i.e., imprecise boundaries between classes, which is a significant advantage over traditional classification methods that require strictly defined class boundaries. As an unsupervised classification method, FCM enables the generation of representative data and provides a wide range of application possibilities for the analysis and interpretation of complex ecological environments. Since many plant and animal species are directly adapted to the unique conditions of their habitat, the environment is essential to maintaining the ecosystem in an environmental context. Environmental changes brought about by urbanization, climate change, or other human-caused factors can have a significant impact on ecosystem health and biodiversity. In this sense, the precise identification and classification of environments becomes a key tool for the sustainable management of natural resources. Landsat 7 satellite data (channels 3, 2, 1 from the visible and channel 4 from the near-infrared part of the electromagnetic spectrum, 400–1000 nm), with a resolution of 30×30 m, recorded during the summer period, were used in this work. Digital processing was performed in the ER Mapper 7.1 software package. The nominal area covered by the video is 185 × 185 km, while the area of Kosmaj itself covers 3,514.50 hectares, at an average altitude of 628 m. A special segment of the analysis is dedicated to Lake Markovac, an artificial reservoir of 30 hectares, surrounded by rich vegetation and habitats for various bird species. Multispectral analysis performed using the FCM method involved creating class prototypes, determining pixel affiliation, calculating class centers, and iteratively improving the classification. Additional improvements were achieved using vegetation indices (VI), normalized vegetation index (NDVI), and transformed normalized vegetation index (TNDVI). With potential applications in ecology, sustainable development, spatial planning, and enhancing geographical bases, the results collected provide a foundation for building a database within geo-information systems (GIS). This study demonstrates that, in light of current ecological issues, the FCM technique is a useful instrument for environmental analysis and planning.

U realizaciji istraživanja korišćeni su spektralni kanali: 2-zeleni (G), 3-crveni (R), 4-bliski infracrveni (IR) Landsat 7 slika, spektralni opseg (520 - 900)nm, i rezolucija piksela 30m×30m. Obrada spektralnih kanala (2,3,4) zahteva digitalno snimanje svakog kanala, odnosno njihovo prevođenje u digitalni oblik.

Substantial shifts in our way of life prompt us to consider creating smarter, more sustainable cities. The construction of smart cities has become increasingly popular in both systematic studies and international policies. The research seeks to identify the main barriers to smart cities by reviewing the existing literature and consulting with subject-matter experts. In order to identify the most significant obstacle category and rank certain challenges within the categories to the development of smart cities in Serbia and the surrounding area, this investigation also attempted to prioritize the barriers. The foundation for all planned actions in the administration of the urban environment, including its sectors and infrastructure, is the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digitization. Multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) has used the following fuzzy logic techniques to identify key indicators that are pertinent preconditions for the creation of a smart city: triangular and trapezoidal fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and triangular and trapezoidal interval type-2 fuzzy sets (IT2FS). The creation of a legislative and strategic framework for the Smart City platform, its implementation in the post-COVID-19 era, and the standardization of ICT and ICT management have been identified as the prominent indicators based on six groups of criteria and a significant number of sub-criteria.

Inovacije u nastavi matematike i informatike su značajne u procesu modernizacije visokog obrazovanja i prilagođavanja potrebama digitalnog doba. Iako postoje razlike u sadržaju i metodologiji, obe discipline imaju za cilj podsticanje razvoja analitičkog razmišljanja, pristupa rešavanju problema i sposobnosti primene znanja u realnim situacijama. U obrazovnim trendovima upotreba digitalne tehnologije, tehnika aktivnog učenja i sistema procene koji podržavaju personalizovano i interaktivno učenje postaju sve značajnije.

“The Internet of Things” is a relatively new idea that refers to objects that can connect to the Internet and exchange data. The Internet of Things (IoT) enables novel interactions between objects and people by interconnecting billions of devices. While there are many IoT-related products, challenges pertaining to their effective implementation, particularly the lack of knowledge and confidence about security, must be addressed. To provide IoT-based enterprises with a platform for efficiency and sustainability, this study aims to identify the critical elements that influence the growth of a successful company integrated with an IoT system. This study proposes a decision support tool that evaluates the influential features of IoT using the Pythagorean Fuzzy and Interval Grey approaches within the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study demonstrates that security, value, and connectivity are more critical than telepresence and intelligence indicators. When both strategies are used, market demand and information privacy become significant indicators. Applying the Pythagorean Fuzzy approach enables the identification of sensor networks, authorization, market demand, and data management in terms of importance. The application of the Interval Grey approach underscores the importance of data management, particularly in sensor networks. The indicators that were finally ranked are compared to obtain a good coefficient of agreement. These findings offer practical insights for promoting sustainability in enterprise operations by optimizing IoT infrastructure and decision-making processes.

In many modern tourist destinations, wineries represent increasingly popular facilities attracting many visitors. Since the end of the 20th century, with the transformation from primarily production facilities to facilities that integrate the concepts of production and tourism, wineries have become significant strongholds of wine culture. The development of wineries in the Balkans experienced expansion at the beginning of the 21st century, along with the end of the transition process. In the last ten years, visiting wineries has become an indispensable activity of wine tourism. Many factors determine the attractiveness of a winery among potential visitors. This paper aims to evaluate selected wineries from the Balkans, built after 2000, based on defined indicators that influence the attractiveness of wineries by applying multi-criteria analysis. Ten modern wineries were selected for the research. The indicators were ranked by importance using the fuzzy AHP approach, followed by the selected wineries. The results indicate the most critical factors determining contemporary wineries' attractiveness. The results may impact the future processes of building wineries in the Balkan region.

Landsat 7 satellite imagery offers a cost-effective method for updating the spatial data of topographic and theme maps. Topographical and theme map content is replaced with satellite images. The paper used channels (4,3,2) of Landsat 7 images in pixel resolution (30m x30m), from the visible and near-infrared (IR) part of the EM spectrum (520-900 nm). The processing of multispectral Landsat 7 images requires the original digital recording of individual spectral channels (4-near IR, 3-red, 2-green) that are part of the EM spectrum, i.e., their translation into digital format. The quality of the raster image of the Landsat 7 image depends on the resolution of the spectral channels (4, 3, 2) of the Landsat 7 image, which participate in the formation of the image when extracting forest vegetation. The mentioned canals cover the area of the northern part of the Pester Plateau, in the southwestern part of Serbia, with an area of 40 km by 40 km. Processing and analysis of multispectral satellite Landsat 7 images are realized using the Isodata method and the TNT software package. Multispectral processing of the satellite Landsat 7 image was performed using the ISODATA method of unsupervised classification, which classifies raster environments (forest vegetation) based on statistical groupings of spectral features with little user intervention so as to form an optimal number of output classes of vegetation and provides identification and monitoring of forest vegetation in the function of environmental protection. Spectral improvement of classifications and sharpening of forest vegetation details were performed using the vegetation index (VI), the normalized vegetation index (NDVI), and the transformed normalized vegetation index (TNDVI). The georeferenced vector map of the area TK200 was used to help define the vector border of forest vegetation. The goal of the research is that the obtained data from this classification can be used for planning, arrangement, and monitoring of the forest vegetation region through the formation of a geospatial data base and has a large application in global planning.

Spektralno poboljšanje klasifikacija i izoštravanje detalja šumske vegetacije vršeno je korišćenjem vegetacionog indeksa (VI), normalizovanog vegetacionog indeksa (NDVI) i transformisanog normalizovanog vegetacionog indeksa (TNDVI).

Wineries represent a long-tradition typology of industrial architecture, evolved along with changes and technological advancements related to winemaking and wine consumption. Initially built as simple wine cellars, as part of complexes or as individual buildings, today, wineries are modern facilities where the production meets the tourism component. The research focuses on developing contemporary wineries and analyzing the factors that transformed these facilities from primarily industrial to publicly accessible centres of wine culture at the turn of the 20th to 21st century. The paper aims to identify the critical indicators for developing contemporary winery design concepts by applying a multi-criteria Intuitionistic Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. Membership and non-membership functions can be numbers, intervals, and fuzzy numbers. Factors related to the development of contemporary wineries are divided into five independent groups: economic, environmental, socio-cultural, technological, and institutional factors. The criteria recognized within these groups will be ranked using Intuitionistic AHP, Interval Intuitionistic AHP and Fuzzy Intuitionistic AHP methods. Obtained results should address how differences in intuitionistic approaches affect the final ranking.
